I've tried to build startups and failed miserably, learned a lot, and kept going. I've also worked in large corporations, where the problems are bigger and the edges are sharper.

I'm going to write about the things I've actually built and operated. AI-assisted development, distributed systems, cloud architecture, career engineering. I recently built a disaster recovery framework during an operational crisis. Spec-driven, built in one hour, and the entire org adopted it by noon the same day. That's a story I want to tell. There are more like it.
